As our Spark Ignitor, you will:

⚡ Create an unforgettable first impression for every customer who contacts AstroWatt Electric
⚡ Own the customer journey from the first phone call through follow-up
⚡ Turn questions into confidence and concerns into solutions
⚡ Support our electricians by creating smooth communication between the office and field
⚡ Identify opportunities to improve our systems, processes, and customer experience
⚡ Help build the culture and reputation of one of the Triangle’s fastest-growing electrical companies

📋 What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-growing environment
• Comfort learning technology and scheduling systems
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid NC driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
(Home services experience is a plus, but the right personality matters more than industry experience.)
